For the convenience of our customers, you can top up your BEAUTYSHAPE account online by card. No credit or debit card details are kept.
Choose the amount you want to transfer to your BEAUTYSHAPE account.
Immediately after the transaction is completed, you will receive a confirmation with a unique order number to your e-mail.
Tell our reception the order number when booking and during your visit – your deposit will be applied to your final bill.
If you want to cancel or change your booked appointment, please let us know in writing, by phone or in person at least 24 hours before the planned start of the treatment. It is not possible to change or cancel the booking after this time.
Important! If you do not arrive for your appointment, the guarantee deposit will be forfeited. In case of a prepaid service package, 1 treatment will be deducted from the package as compensation for the blocked time.
