In this text, we inform you about your most important rights.

III. Purpose of processing personal data

We process your personal data primarily so that we can provide you with the services you have ordered from us and fulfil the obligations imposed on us by law. We are entitled to such processing when it is necessary for the performance of a contract that you have concluded with us or wish to conclude with us, or for compliance with an obligation that applies to us. In addition, we may process your personal data where we have a legitimate interest in doing so. On this basis, we process personal data to the extent necessary to document the services we have provided, to meet our operational needs (in particular the internal evaluation of the services provided in order to further improve the services we offer), to protect and exercise our rights, and to inform you about our current offer of services. IV. Scope of personal data processed

We process only the personal data that we actually need for the purpose for which we obtained it from you, or for another purpose about which we have informed you in advance.

V. Transfer of personal data

We do not pass your data on to other persons without your knowledge, unless we are required to do so by law or by a decision of a public authority. An exception is the transfer of personal data to our verified suppliers for the purpose of providing their services (identification data is passed to providers of accounting and related services, contact data to providers of marketing services); information about your health is passed only to those staff members who strictly need it to carry out a medical procedure or provide follow-up care.

VI. Processing period

We keep personal data for as long as we need it for the purpose for which it is processed. This period follows from the applicable legislation.

VII. Rights of data subjects

In connection with the processing of personal data, you have a number of rights that you can exercise against us under the conditions set out in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

  • a) right of access – we will confirm whether or not we process your personal data; if we do, we will provide you with your personal data together with information on how we process it;
  • b) right to rectification – if you find that the data we hold about you is inaccurate, you can ask us to correct it at any time and we will do so;
  • c) right to erasure – at your request, we will erase the personal data concerning you if we no longer need it, if you have withdrawn the consent on the basis of which we processed it, if you have objected to its processing, if the personal data was processed unlawfully, if erasure is required by law or another legal regulation, or if it was collected in connection with an offer of information society services addressed to a child. We may refuse erasure only for the reasons stated in the GDPR;
  • d) right to restriction of processing – instead of erasure, you can request restriction of processing; in that case, we will keep the data but will not access it or handle it in any other way;
  • e) right to data portability – if you have provided us with your data in a structured, machine-readable format, we will transfer it to another controller at your request;
  • f) right to object – you can object if you believe that our interest in processing your personal data does not outweigh your right to the confidentiality of the data we process about you; in that case, we will thoroughly reassess the extent of our legitimate interest, taking your objection into account, and inform you of the outcome. Until then, we will not process your data;
  • g) right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection – if you believe that we are violating your rights, you can file a complaint against us with the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů).
