IPL removes hair of any colour and thickness (including light and fine hair), at any depth of the hair follicles and on all skin types.
IPL stands for Intense Pulsed Light – a device working on the principle of a light discharge. The light is absorbed by the melanin in the hair itself and transformed into heat, which effectively destroys the hair follicle without damage to the surrounding tissue.
Pulsed light gives a higher success rate in removing the hair root and thus the desired effect: permanent hair removal.
IPL treatment is most effective when the hairs are in the growth period of their life cycle, so a few sessions are required.

Most people feel only slight warmth or a very slight pinging sensation during the light pulse. People with thicker and darker hair may feel a little more discomfort, which passes after the treatment. The intensity can be adjusted to the client's sensitivity.
We recommend 6 treatments in total, once every 4 to 6 weeks.
Laser hair removal is suitable for everyone over 18 who wants to effectively get rid of dark hair. The price depends on the area and the part treated.
Avoid the sun and sunbeds before the treatment. Do not wax or pluck the hair for 2 weeks. Shave with a razor 24 to 12 hours before the treatment. We cannot treat with IPL for at least two weeks after a fake tan application and at least one week after using bleach or depilatory creams, AHA creams, glycolic or salicylic peels.
During the course, do not pluck the hair or use wax, sugaring or other methods that damage the hair follicle. You can only shave.
With hormonal disorders IPL is not effective. These disorders need to be treated first.
The hair falls out within 7–10 days after the treatment. During this time the blood vessels feeding the hair follicle are destroyed and the hair dies. Sometimes it takes more than 10 days.
In spring and summer, apply sunscreen SPF 30 or higher to treated uncovered areas. Before a holiday, the treatment is done at least 2 weeks in advance, and after returning you need to wait 3 weeks – tanned skin must not be treated.
