At BeautyShape we use only human hair for hair extensions, never synthetic hair. We work exclusively with European-type hair. Hair strands are available in a wide range of standard colours, as well as tailor-made colours, textures and lengths – including ombré. We will gladly help you choose the right hair.
Do you long for longer or thicker hair than nature gave you? The new method uses hair tapes that do not weigh the hair down, and their application and repositioning do not take much time.
Hair tapes are the gentlest possible method of hair extension and thickening – the hair is not exposed to heat or pressure during application. The tapes are 4 cm wide and their bond is sealed in silicone, which prevents hair from being pulled out. When removing them, we loosen the glue on the silicone bond with a special remover, take the tape off smoothly, and it can be coated with glue again and reapplied.

Beautiful velvety fine hair with a smooth effect and no need for ironing. This hair is of very good quality and will last several years. The natural uncoloured shade is black and dark brown, but it lightens beautifully. Wavy hair has natural waves that stay; the ultra straight type needs no ironing. Ideal for adding volume.

Platinum hair has had its pigment gradually and gently washed out using the latest technologies, so it needs regular nourishing with a mask. It comes in amazing shades up to light platinum blond. The most popular blond hair thanks to its price and length. Advantages – a beautiful platinum shade, great price, good quality and length. Disadvantages – no guarantee, but with a nourishing mask there are no problems. We do not recommend further chemical treatments or ironing. Do not comb when wet. Platinum is not virgin hair – it was industrially bleached to the lightest platinum shade, so it will be drier, but it will definitely not tangle.

Hair extensions need care, a little different from your own hair. Extended hair is no longer nourished from the roots, so products that nourish the roots and even professional hair products containing sulphates are not suitable. Such products dry the hair out and it then breaks more often.
Includes: washing with a special sulphate-free shampoo, application of conditioner and mask, combing, styling and blow drying with cold or medium-warm air.

We will agree on the length of hair, the number of strands and you will choose the colour of the extensions from a colour chart. The hair can also be ordered highlighted or with an ombré effect exactly according to your choice, as well as its shape or waviness, so that it blends as naturally as possible with your own hair. If the hair needs colouring, the hairdresser will colour, blow dry, straighten or curl the strands – they will be perfectly prepared.
If you want your own hair coloured, the hairdresser will first colour and possibly cut it. Then the strands are applied, cut and styled.

30-50 hair strands will be required, if we need to create a volume boost or more density to your hair. For hair extensions - from 70 to 120 hair strands. If you have thick hair, we have to use more strands because of the match of your own hair and the new hair. We recommend to make an appointment for a consultation with our hair specialist who will make your hair extensions. The consultation is non-binding.
It is better to have longer hair – middle mikado to the shoulders for the perfect effect. The shortest hair for hair extension is about 7 cm. If you have shorter hair the hair extensions couldn’t look very good because there are not much hair to cover keratin bonds or microrings.
During consultation, we will agree on the amount of hair strands which we will use, on the length of hair and its cut and color. The time of application depends on the quantity of strands and it is about 2-3 hours.
Yes, we prepare hair strands in different lengths. After they strand-by-strand are applied into your own hairs, that will make more natural look and transition from your hair to extensions looks very natural.
To make extensions look always perfect, it is necessary to come for maintenance visits every 2-3 months. Do not delay it to 4 or 6. months after extensions. Hair between roots and extensions will be much tangled and strand shift (or removal of protein bonds) will be much longer and combing uncomfortable than if you visit after usual 3 months.
Yes. If you use a real human hair you can curl , flatiron , colour or highlight them etc. Of course you need to be careful to the bonds /connections. Extensions acts a little bit differently than your own hair, therefore it is better to consult with your hairdresser to be sure.
Permanent. Permanent methods are strand-by-strand meaning many small attachments are added. Examples include micro rings or keratin bonds. Semi-permanent hair extensions include tape-in pieces that last around 6-8 weeks. These are smaller sections than clip-ins and the new Invisible Tape extensions are almost completely undetectable when hair is down or worn up. Temporary methods include clip-in pieces, wefts and weaves where large pieces of hair are added.
