Beautifully defined eyes without drawing them every morning – from subtle lash enhancement to bold eyeliner.

Most of us aren’t so blessed as to have eyes that stand out without wearing eyeliner. However, if your eyeliner is less than perfect, it will create the appearance of premature aging. Cosmetic tattoos – which picked up more professional-sounding names like “permanent makeup” and “micropigmentation” – are an obvious answer.
Permanent make-up, or more correctly, semi-permanent make-up (lasting 2–3 years), is used for creating or perfecting eyebrows, eyeliners or lips and beauty spots. Although this procedure could revolutionize your morning schedule, you must choose carefully from the many permanent eyeliner styles available.
Imagine your make-up always looking perfect and natural – without spending any time on it. You can feel confident 24 hours a day!

In BeautyShape, we work exclusively with Gaube – professional products from Austria. This guarantees unrivalled precision and high quality. Thanks to the wide range of colours and the quality of natural pigments, the make-up has a very natural look.
Gaube is an Austrian cosmetic brand with a rich tradition, ethics and working philosophy, believing in “Quality High European Standards”. Great emphasis is placed on the professional training of the specialists who apply permanent make-up. Every specialist who works with Gaube is a certified professional. Precision is the pillar of a perfectly beautiful permanent make-up.

Semi-permanent pigments are applied to the surface layer of skin, designed to define and enhance natural facial features. The pigments are implanted using microfine needles, a process which is also known as micropigmentation or cosmetic tattooing. The effect of permanent make-up lasts for 2 to 3 years. The pigment will gradually fade over time, depending on factors such as age, exposure to sun and general skin care.
With permanent makeup technology, you can adjust, for example, the size, density and length of the eyebrows (in the case of missing eyebrows they can be modelled anew completely). Eyes are highlighted by eyeliner – its shape can be adjusted to overcome asymmetry. The size, colour and shape of the lips can also be adjusted.
With the help of permanent eyeliner, you can achieve beautifully defined eyes without drawing it yourself every morning. It is a form of tattooing technique, which is applied individually based on the characteristics of the client’s face and the results we want to achieve.

Classical eyeliner is applied from its thinnest part at the inner corner of the eye and widens towards the outer corner, with the widest part directly over the pupil. Thin eyeliner is great for women who don’t wear a lot of makeup but still want their eyes to stand out while keeping a natural look.
Medium-width eyeliner is ideal for women who wear makeup every day and want a look that is somewhere between natural and made-up. Thick eyeliner is for clients who wear bold makeup every day and don’t mind a permanently made-up look.

This style of permanent eyeliner is the right choice if you are aiming for the effect of thicker and more expressive eyelashes. The lash enhancement effect is achieved by placing tiny dots of pigment in between your own lashes using micropigmentation technology. It can be done with or without classical eyeliner.
This method is for everyone who wants natural-looking thicker lashes.

A smokey effect (same as eyeliner shadowing) is the most complicated style of permanent eyeliner. With it you can create the smudgy look you get when you apply eyeliner and blend it out. On the edges it looks like eye shadow. The smokey effect is achieved by a lower concentration of pigment with a soft transition from rich colour to almost imperceptible.
This eyeliner is suitable for clients who want to keep their made-up look 24 hours a day. However, it is recommended to choose lighter pigments so the result does not look aggressive and inappropriate in the daytime.

Eyeliner highlights the eyes and defines their shape – the contour of the eyes lets their beauty stand out. To achieve a lasting “open-eye” effect, the eyes can be accentuated from delicate dots between the lashes to more prominent lines that replace eye make-up.
Lash enhancement is a subtle, natural way of tattooing pigment in between the rows of eyelashes. It is very popular with women of all ages, men, and with people with very droopy eyelids.
Pigmentation of the upper and lower eyeliner will highlight your eyes – you can choose a delicate line to make the eyelashes look denser, or a stronger line if you are used to more decorative make-up. You can sleep, swim and exercise and still look great 24/7.
Drawing bold upper eyeliner so that both sides matched used to take me up to half an hour every day. Photos of my friend’s permanent eyeliner convinced me this would be something for me. And it is – my make-up takes less time every day and my look is always perfect.

The eyeliner tattoo hardly hurt and now my eyes look naturally more defined, even when I don’t use mascara. I recommend it 🙂

We start with a consultation, where we discuss your health and your goals for permanent make-up. After filling in a consent form, we take a “before” photo.
Based on your facial features and skin type, our PMU artist draws the shape, size and density of the eyeliner and advises you on which colours will look best on you.
Only after your approval do we apply a numbing cream and implant the pigment. Depending on the eyeliner style, the treatment takes 2–3 hours. Afterwards we take an “after” photo and give you aftercare home instructions.
Once the skin has healed, we see the final colour and do any correction needed. The correction takes approximately 1.5 hours.

Top or bottom eyeliner takes 2 hours in the salon, top and bottom eyeliner or smoky eyeliner 3 hours. The first correction takes approximately 1.5 hours and is possible after 30–60 days, once the skin has healed. Only then can we see the final colour and do any correction needed.
Permanent make-up lasts approximately 1.5–2 years. Its durability depends on several factors – the method used, the pigment, the condition and type of your skin, your metabolism and age. In younger people the skin renews somewhat faster, so the PMU lasts a shorter time. Many other things, such as how much sun your skin is exposed to, also affect how long the make-up lasts. If you want to keep your permanent make-up in optimal condition, or over time you wish to slightly change the shape or refresh the colour, we recommend a follow-up correction within three years of the first treatment.
Your eyes could be a little swollen for up to two days after the treatment, and mild redness may appear around the pigmented area on the day of the treatment. Do not use any cream or make-up on the eyeliner for a week. Keep your eyes dry for at least four days after the treatment and avoid humid environments (sauna, swimming pool…) for at least a week. Protect the area from direct sunlight and avoid visiting a solarium. Let the scabs fall off on their own, never pick them. Avoid rubbing your eyes and ideally sleep on your back.
We work with high-quality natural pigments from the professional Austrian brand Gaube, which has the highest European standards for the quality of its products. We offer a wide variety of colours, also for light blond types. Choose from a thin line in a subtle grey or brown through to a striking thick line in black, blue or even violet.
